Being a citizen of dubai for 8 months for the purpose of completing my industrial training in Culinary arts , I got the chance of tasting some delicious food which are not easily available in India . People now being more cautious about their health and willing to spend a penny extra for their cravings with no compromise on their health , Dubai had a variety of dishes both in hot and dessert sections . Once walking down the street I entered a ice cream shop that offers dairy free cremmes . I tried diry free chocolate ice cream for the first time . It kicked my ice cream cravings and I tried to make plant based berry ice cream. You only need four ingredients: frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and frozen raspberries, and a little unsweetened vanilla soy milk and this tasted so much like normal creemees, but I actually liked it more because it wasn’t sickeningly sweetening

Ingredients :
1) 3/4 or 1 cup unsweetened vanilla plant based milk ( almond milk or cashew milk can be used )
2) 2 1/2 frozen bananas
3) 1 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and raspberries
Directions :
Add 3 quarters cup of plant based milk in a hand blender or food processor at high speed and then add the frozen fruits . Blend for minutes until creamy . Add the other quarter cup of milk if you want it creamier. Have with your favourite toppigs and enjoy!
